Friendly staff and access was easy with long hours.

The property manager was always helpful and nice. She made me feel very welcomed and reassured my belongings was safe. If I ever needed a storage again it would be the Riley Fuzzel location that I'll use even with me having to travel 45 minutes in the opposite direction.

Ease of payment was nice. Limited hours of access was somewhat inconvenient. Staff was extremely helpful when they were needed. My unit had insulation hanging from the ceiling which I did not like. I also did not like the price increase every few months. I started renting my unit for $80/ month a little over a year ago. At time of move out my unit was costing $120 each month. Charlene was super helpful!

My tech used the facility and it was easy access for him.

Ease of renting online; quick response from facility and the facility is actually staffed during normal business hours. other facilities had no one at the facility, and no one would call me at all.

I rated my experience a 7 because overall, the facility and service have been good, but the rent increases have been more frequent than expected. It feels like the price goes up too often, which makes it harder to justify staying long-term.
