Despite being reported on more than one occasion, no action was taken.CubeSmart is also prone to overly quick overly high rate increases.

I originally had two spaces, a 10X20 andThat i was in for over 3 months and a 10X5 for going on 3 monthsAs soon as i moved out of the big oneMy rent on the smaller one went up 10 dollars due next paymentPayment for the 3rd monthThis is why i moved outJust thought it was kind of shady
