You raised the rent on me no less than three times while I was there. The upkeep of the facility itself has gone down hill. I was told eventually the gravel areas would be paved, but that never happened. The gate didn't work for the longest time. The gravel areas are covered in weeds. Even the front lawn and landscaping look terrible.It finally was enough for me to just move out. When I told the manager I was moving out, he was upset and I know why - lots of units looked unoccupied. What made me mad is when he offered to lower the rent by 50% to get me to stay. I thought to myself, I've been paying way too much all this time. You need to seriously look at hiring a new manager, getting things cleaned up and consulting with a professional on your pricing strategies.

Your manager is great but the upkeep is poor - very hardvto get back tobthe covered RV storage area and that’s the ONLY reason we used your facilities - itbwas better before your company bought it

Friendly, available staff. Seth does a great job from my perspective. Willing to make reasonable accommodations for just part closing drop off; the one time I had a door issue, he was right there and fixed it promptly.

MY locks were taken off my storage when my storage unit was paid. Office manager apologized removed the red lock. Went back the next month and it was back on one side of my unit. Also increase price from $119 to $144.
