You raised the rent on me no less than three times while I was there. The upkeep of the facility itself has gone down hill. I was told eventually the gravel areas would be paved, but that never happened. The gate didn't work for the longest time. The gravel areas are covered in weeds. Even the front lawn and landscaping look terrible.It finally was enough for me to just move out. When I told the manager I was moving out, he was upset and I know why - lots of units looked unoccupied. What made me mad is when he offered to lower the rent by 50% to get me to stay. I thought to myself, I've been paying way too much all this time. You need to seriously look at hiring a new manager, getting things cleaned up and consulting with a professional on your pricing strategies.

Your manager is great but the upkeep is poor - very hardvto get back tobthe covered RV storage area and that’s the ONLY reason we used your facilities - itbwas better before your company bought it

New and clean property. Excellent on call manager. Convenient to home.

Fair prices and great service.

We have rented several units over the last 3.5 years and never had any issues. The staff is great, friendly, and very helpful. Would highly recommend and will come back if needed.
