Friendly, available staff. Seth does a great job from my perspective. Willing to make reasonable accommodations for just part closing drop off; the one time I had a door issue, he was right there and fixed it promptly.

In a year and a half my rent went up over $47. No reason to do this especially with a front gate that has not worked in the last year and gravel lot.

MY locks were taken off my storage when my storage unit was paid. Office manager apologized removed the red lock. Went back the next month and it was back on one side of my unit. Also increase price from $119 to $144.

No one is ever in the office. I have been by the office 3 times and I always see a be back at “time”. I will be canceling this and requesting a refund form my Amex.
