We have been with you guys for 3 years and have been very happy with everything. The staff have been very helpful anytime we need anything.

Spacious RV storage areas, both covered and uncovered.

No one is ever in the office. I have been by the office 3 times and I always see a be back at “time”. I will be canceling this and requesting a refund form my Amex.

Market pricing is ridiculous. Having a variable rate hurt businesses and public alike. Budget minded people struggling to meet bottom lines cannot handle large increases.

Outstanding customer service and a nice range of storage options for the price advertised. Cannot overstate how great it was working with Seth - he had excellent communication, worked with me on timing of both move in and out, and was happy to answer any and all questions. 11/10.

The gate has been inoperable for the last year. I have thousands of dollars of equipment inside my boat that anyone in the world can access without an operable gate. The only time I saw the gate down in the last year was July 5 when I came to get my boat to go out on the lake with friends. I could not access my boat because the gate would not open. I called and left a message and never received a return call. This is by far the closest facility to my house and most convenient. However, I was paying for secure storage and now sales tax in which Arkansas state sales tax code specifies is required to be collected on secure storage, which this is not.
