Nice service but I don’t expect to know others needing storage

I had this storage for about 2 decades and had only one price increase until Cube Smart bought it a year or so ago. Since Cube Smart took over, the price increased twice in a year--from $149 to $190 per month. That's a 27.5% increase in less than a year. I did not think that was reasonable at all.I thought the manager was good and the place was clean and neat. But Cube Smart is not cost-effective for me.

The sales rep Arif was amazing he check on storge unit to make sure it was locked properly. It came in handy when i left in a rush and he told me as soon as possible and put a plastic tie to make sure it secured and told me the number if someone broke it to go inside.

Mr. Arif at the location sold me to stay with cubic the sales rep. He took his time to check on my storage unit when I left in a rush. He called me as soon as he noticed it was not locked properly. He even took his time to know my name.

Daniel has been helpful and showed me around to all of the sizes I was interested in and also stayed late to complete the paperwork.
