I had issues with snow removal and ice piling up in front of my unit and was told there was nothing they could do. It melted into my unit several times, which defeats the purpose of having something in storage.

Excellent communication with the manager. Ease of rental.

I'm not necessarily gone so far so good I believe I pay a lot more than I should but the security and the insurance is worth it I guess and I like the guy that runs in the Springfield storage area he's cool he's down to earth and no nonsense kind of guykind of guy

I like the guy that runs the place in North Springfield he's no nonsense he's down to earth he doesn't candy coat anything it tells you everything the way it's supposed to be and how it is and he's and he seems to be polite to me about it all around good guy? All around a really good guy

The unit 112 was very difficult to open and lock back up because of a misalignment. I did notify the manager when we moved out.

The large jumps in monthly rent are the reason I opted to move out of the unit. I realize that overhead costs do go up but the increase in rent seemed excessive for no change in services.
