Great customer service

The manager and worker were very helpful, professional and nice. I didn't like that after a few months the monthly payment increased a lot. Also restrooms were closed and we couldn't use them.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Went above and beyond dealing with issues getting account set up, not their fault at all, tech issue that even their own corporation has no idea what was wrong. Kept me updated as I had to return home. Took care of everything with me over the phone and email as needed. I have used Cube Smart in other areas and will do so any time I need to ,but if you need storage in Springfield THIS IS IT .
