Managers were always available to help me when I needed it and extended grace when times were tough. The storage facility was always clean including the bathrooms. Customer Service at the front desk, especially Jan, was phenomenal. I was always greeted with a smile and treated like a friend.

The whole building was kept very clean , including the rest rooms. They were very courteous and if they tell you anything about billing , it’s correct . I also felt safe in the building and it was very well lit .

Price is ok, but lighting issues were a nuisance during the three months I rented a unit.
