Easy process

Great service, clean facilities, and knowledgeable staff. Easy to follow instructions once at and in the facility. Readily available equipment to use, to assist with transporting items to and from car/ storage units.

This is my second time renting here. First of all, Jacqueline is so incredibly nice and knowledgeable. She is such a pleasure to talk to. Secondly, the facility is always spotless, easy access and plenty of rolling carts to use to transport items. If I need to rent again, I will definitely use them again.
