Well, first off Johan was nice to work with but other than that there’s a lot of inconveniences. One I called the guy to ask if I could get a weekend 24 hour pass to get through the gate and he told me that they don’t do that. it’s only 6 to 10 so then you gotta drive around with your stuff in your truck if you don’t have a U-Haul and everything‘s getting wet because you got nowhere to put your stuff now which I’ve never been with any place where you couldn’t get a 24 hour pass if you’re moving. Second now I can’t get in the gate. Nobody’s reached out to me if there’s any technical difficulties and they don’t open until 930 and I need my tools to get in my storage. There’s no 24 hour assistance. There’s no virtual assistance. There’s no manager on call. There’s no anything so now you tell your work I’m sorry I can’t be there till 11 now because I can’t get in the gate of my storage unit.

Convenient, but rate went up too much

Mold found on all of my chairs; 14 total. No excuse when I have paid as much as I have for over two years for temperature control atmosphere.If anyone ask, for future I will not recommend cube smart. I have not gotten to my boxes yet, but I will speak to management if I find mold!
