Good storage unit

They rope you in with the low rates only to raise your rent rate after all the work of renting and moving stuff in. It’s ridiculous.

Very good faculty, manager/employees are very good. The downside was that rental fee was increased considerably after only 2 months.

The office associates are polite and helpful. Even though I was vacating a unit, she was positive and personally answered questions I submitted via email. Knowing I was still onsite the on duty manager came down to make sure I had everything & all was OK.

The price was very competitive but access to the complex and my storage unit were both challenging.At Economy Storage I have access to a digital code to access easier into the complex. And access to my unit is through a door, tucked into a corner that has a sloping floor. In order to get in, I am holding my items with one hand while putting the code in and using a third arm to pull the door open. All while trying to balance anything on a cart, trying to roll away. It is a bit frustrating, depending on what I am transporting.

Great hospitality and customer service. Expedited service as well.
