We "lucked into finding" CubeSmart after driving five hours from our previous residence - and having a disappointing check-in experience with ANOTHER storage provider with whom we had made prior reservations. The CubeSmart staff at the Stafford, Virginia (Garrisonville Road location) welcomed us and cheerfully/professionally/promptly took care of our immediate needs. Since then we settled into rental housing and have now purchased a home - requiring adjustments in the type of space we needed. Erin and Gaelon have graciously made those changes along the way - and we simply could not be happier with the excellent service they have provided. We have already recommended their facility to others and will be glad to do so again whenever we have opportunity. Easy and functional, good temperature inside

I liked the connivence, of being able to get in with a code. The hours were good for my schedule and the variety of units that were available to rent.
