Office manager was easy to work with and fully explained all the details of the unit and how to access. Both the Unit and building were very clean and safe.

Storage condition are ideal, and the service is excellent.

While we ultimately chose cubesmart as our solution, we were disappointed by the hidden fees and the fact that the cost will continuously rise every few months unless we lock in a year pre-paid. Also the first unit we signed up for was 5x10 but a significant amount of the space was encroached by a vent and crossbar structured making this more like a 4x9. The woman who helped us choose a different unit was very patient and helpful and was the only reason we didn't walk out and choose another business.

Clean polite staff

The person who registered me, T, was very efficient and helped me through all the paperwork and regulations of the unit. The facilities were very clean and orderly. Looking forward to storing my items.

Germaine and Chris are wonderful

The monthly rent almost doubled the price. It was too expensive!

Just like your service the only thing that you supposed to work on is why can we used the bathroom at night or early in the morning cause it’s always locked
