The site manager was very knowledgable and helpful

No bathrooms on Sundays. No place to discard garbage. There should be at least a recommendation no access to a place to dispose of garbage

They increased the price by 300% in a little over a year

The constant and large price increases make it hard to use as a long term storage facility. My last increase was 28%!

It was a terrible experience. The employee in the office and older man was completely rude to me several times when I would stop after work to pay in person at 5:45 and thisemployee would have a fit. The office closes at 6 pm and I stopped paying in person and paid on line on the last day at the last hour on the past due day. I had had it with the attitude and never stepped foot in there again.

you continued to raise the price of my unit until it was twice the price of a new unit. It felt like you were price gouging because you know it was hard to move my things.
