The receptionist Mia was Amazing

I was using it for moving, now is not necessary, price is too high.

Prices have gotten very expensive and unit goes up. We’re very short notice.

Staff was always helpful and very courteous.

Facility smells like maijuana all the time. Price has increased signifigantly.

Your company is garbage. The lies you tell by saying your rated number 1 for customerService is total shit!! From the front desk to back office, to your customer service operators- total garbage. No phone calls returned, no messages forwarded. And the storage unit was closed and you still billed me!!

I gave this s ore because I was able to pay online and over the phone without additional fees. Not so now, have to be in person. So inconvenient.
