Customer service was very great and helpful

The rent was ridiculously high late fees were just as bad. I don't believe you should kick somebody when they are down .

the circumstances for moving were sudden, but the service was great; the area is somewhat difficult for me to get to but it IS more accessible than the last facility I used. I'm good with the pricing, but not a fan of the administrative fee.

The people who work there are very hospitable and take care of business so you're not there all day.Place is very clean

All staffs members kept in touch with me in regard's to the incident that occurred about the flooding in my unit. Also, I really appreciate the staffs for helping me in moving to a different storage unit.
