Employees are amazing, always so clear with information, kind, and welcoming. Yet the storage unit has a tiny bit of a leaky roof, and the higher floors experience a moist damp feeling and only a little bit of water droplets. some of my belongings grew mold. Mainly my doing, they weren’t in bags, but in paper boxes.

I MOVED OUT FROM THE LARGE UNIT ON 9/28 TO AVOID PAYING $469.00. MY CARD WAS CHARGED $469.00.I HAVE CALLED AT LEAST 4 TIMES, (NO ANSWER). LEFT MESSAGES----NO ONE HAD THE DECENCY TO RETURN A CALL. I SHOULD BE PAYING $227.00 PLUS INS. I NOW HAVE A SMALLER UNIT. ALSO, THESE FEES AND INS KEEP GOING UP AND UP
