Great staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful.The facility is always clean and well maintained.Access is easy and convenient.Move-in was simple and smooth.I feel comfortable and secure storing my things here.

The gates did not work. There must have been a leak, several of my boxes were wet

Units were clean and facility was well maintained. They need more U-Boats. At times, you have to search the facility to find one. Maybe use location technology to help find them.

Excellent experience at this storage location. The facility is clean, secure, and well maintained. Richie, the manager, and Aborn were both outstanding — friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process.Everything was easy and well organized. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing storage.

Very clear, well kept, reasonable prices

There are so many to list, i have been a customer for five years and the constant increases has been mind blowing. zit is hard for a not for profit to afford these increases, also all of last summer there was no A/C on the 3rd floor of my location, i was told that its climate controlled, and stated yes it is but not by the climate outside. I have sent quite few complaints and nothing in return not even an offer to reduce the fees for the time of the time of heatwave. I guess i just expect too much from a business. in five years the occupancy has doubled and yet the same amount of carts has not changed, you can not expect all of the customers to be able to unload and load without carts. i am aware they cost money but it is frustrating to conduct my business.

I only occupied the unit for 4 days in my final month but was charged for a full month, any other storage unit I’ve ever used has prorated the rent for the month. So I would not return or recommend you to anyone else.

It would be higher if you had more carts to transfer items from car to storage locker. I couldn't even find one.
