Dissatisfied with service

Short term storage was a driving factor. We only need it over the summers for our daughter's college stuff. Easy to set up and easy to cancel.

The process was seamless. I called and made my reservation. I was sent the link. I made my payment and selected my options and in between someone called me to give me all the information that I needed about my unit went inside. It liked it and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Cubesmart has not failed us thus far. We utilize their services for both personal and business purposes. Facility is clean, however, quite too many times the bathrooms have been out of service at the 3131 Richmond Terrace site.
