Overall the CubeSmart location we used over the past year was perfect for our transition from an apartment into our new home. The initial reservation and move-in process was very easy, and the unit was clean and easily accessible. There were a couple of instances where the elevators were not working, or there were no carts available, but those were rare cases. The monthly rent increases can be a little high at times, but they give you advanced notice at least.

Dissatisfied with service

Short term storage was a driving factor. We only need it over the summers for our daughter's college stuff. Easy to set up and easy to cancel.

The process was seamless. I called and made my reservation. I was sent the link. I made my payment and selected my options and in between someone called me to give me all the information that I needed about my unit went inside. It liked it and the staff was pleasant and helpful.
