Cube smart rates are too high! They want to auction your belongings gs after one late payment. That’s greed plain and simple. I’m sure they will be counting their days in the area. I will not recommend this storage facility at any time.

Both receptions at this site were very professional and treating me kindness, both staff were very patient with me in detail on how to properly get in and out of the facility. Any questions or concerns regarding my unit they were able to communicate with me directly without any issues. I love the customer service with cube storage. I will highly recommend them to friends and family!!!

I had a fantastic experience with the customer service team at this storage facility. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. They answered all my questions clearly, walked me through the process, and made everything feel easy and stress‑free. It’s rare to find a place where people truly care about making your experience smooth, but this team absolutely does. I really appreciate their professionalism and kindness.”

I had an existing unit and there appeared to be a slow leak in the roof near my unit. I identified the issue to the onsite manager that day, Tay. She went and saw the issue and said she had called it in earlier and would do so again. She also proactively gave me the option to move my unit which I did.
