I had an existing unit and there appeared to be a slow leak in the roof near my unit. I identified the issue to the onsite manager that day, Tay. She went and saw the issue and said she had called it in earlier and would do so again. She also proactively gave me the option to move my unit which I did.

I noticed water on floor near my storage unit. Showed spot to the on-site rep, Tay. It appeared the roof may have a leak. She suggested I move to a unit away from that water issue and took care of the transfer.

Close location that is clean and secure. Onsite management is professional and helpful.
