You are too expensive

Staff was very friendly and helpful.Would have been a 10, but the place could use a little cleaning up. Maybe regrade the stone areas.

Cube Smart is easy to sign up for online. The staff are helpful and friendly. The hours are convenient for access.

Price is high & increases every year. The area around the units isn’t kept very clean. I’ve picked up a lot of pieces of broken glass, and hundreds on nails + screws.

Way too expensive for a 10 x 12 little, storage area which was not even climate-controlled . This is why I left. Plus the fact that my rental price was raised every 6 months by an unacceptable amount since the end of 2024. Citizen Storage did not do you any favors.

Massive price increases over the past 3 years

In a course of 4 years the price has increased about 145% from where i started. That is more that half of the price I started with. And nothing really changed for me. The storage was the same, the service was the same. The only thing that changes was the price.
