Signing up online was easy as well as exiting.

I think the staff is nice overall. There was a time when a car delivery was expected outside of office hours and I received a long message (email) from Cubesmart in the Stevens, PA area about how it is not acceptable to do so. I understand enforcement but it just came across unfriendly and somewhat personal at the time. I know the transition can be hard for some folks but it sort of strained the customer relationship I have with the staff. Could have said it in a more friendly way that represents the locals who shape this community. I mean no disrespect, but the message I received just came across too hard. Forgive me for sounding childish or too sensitive, it is just the way it was handled did not represent the values cubesmart embodies. Could be something like "Hey all good - just ya know we are making changes to the policies at the storage facility. I'd thought to just let you know :-)" and a smile could have made the interaction better. I'd consider cubesmart to others, but definitely not as highly as before since the new transition.

You are too expensive

Staff was very friendly and helpful.Would have been a 10, but the place could use a little cleaning up. Maybe regrade the stone areas.

Cube Smart is easy to sign up for online. The staff are helpful and friendly. The hours are convenient for access.

Price is high & increases every year. The area around the units isn’t kept very clean. I’ve picked up a lot of pieces of broken glass, and hundreds on nails + screws.

Way too expensive for a 10 x 12 little, storage area which was not even climate-controlled . This is why I left. Plus the fact that my rental price was raised every 6 months by an unacceptable amount since the end of 2024. Citizen Storage did not do you any favors.
