Rates rise to fast

The customer service was exceptional. The ease of the rental was smooth. The environment was clean, friendly and welcoming.

Cost too much money. The doors didn’t work all the time and a big pole right in front of the doorway, which was stupid.

Store Manager at Stoneham Location is FANTASTIC! She is knowledgeable and works with the cusomters, answering all questions and ensurng their move-in is seamless as possible.

According to my payment history, I was a customer for six months when you increased my rental charge by 30%. This would probably be done in another six months as well. That's too big of an increase, so I moved things back into the basement of my house. I would not recommend cube smart to a friend.
