I have used CubeSmart Stoneham for 14 years and pricing has become unreasonable, security is above average, reasonably clean, ongoing problems with rodents and insects for a few years.

It has been a great experience overall. The facility is very clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and organized. The person at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and extremely helpful—she made everything smooth and pleasant from start to finish. I truly appreciated the level of customer service and care.
