According to my payment history, I was a customer for six months when you increased my rental charge by 30%. This would probably be done in another six months as well. That's too big of an increase, so I moved things back into the basement of my house. I would not recommend cube smart to a friend.

The storage manager was very informative and nice.

The location in Stoneham was convenient as we lived in Malden. The facility was climate controlled which was important as some of our stored belongings were books and furniture. The staff person was fantastic. She was friendly and very helpful.
