Facility is great. Staff are friendly and helpful.Bathrooms were often locked despite "being available 24/7". If the staff weren't there then the bathrooms were more often than not locked for several days at a time.

Lexi is great

It was super easy online to reserve a unit, on site staff was helpful, easy to end the lease when done with the unit.Only drawbacks -- a service fee to pay our invoice each month with a credit card on file (pretty sure credit card convenience fees are illegal in Mass...??) and lack of good signage / maps to help us find our way through the maze of hallways (that all look the same) to get to our unit.

The facility is incredibly clean, management was so helpful and I always had a positive experience with staff at this location.

The area was clean. The storage representative was professional and knowledgeable. She was easy to talk to and always listened first to our questions or concerns. She was always helpful.

Price rising non stop. Price went up for over 150% from one month to the next. Phone calls are rarely answered. Light bulb in the unit didn't work for over a year.
