Lexi is VERY personable and knowledgeable with a no bullshit attitude. Strictly business but very nice. I'd recoommend anyone to her. NOTE -- I spent about 15 minutes trying to provide a REVIEW on my Phone but all it would take is GOOGLE and I use SAFARI only on my phone. Please be aware that I'm probably not the only one ..

The charging and billing process is not right!!! Otherwise, everything else was ok. Could benefit from having better trained people.

Great experience, easy check in, straightforward, and could find all the information I needed easily! My belongings felt safe/secure and the space itself was better than I expected. The only thing I did not like was how it can be difficult to reach over phone.
