I have a storage unit and my husband opened a new one last week. When he did this and requested this one be closed for me, he was met with very rude and disrespectful behavior from the person at the front office. When I attempted to call Cube Smart the rep told me the district manager would call me Monday or Tuesday. It's now Wednesday and I haven't heard from anyone and can't get a hold of them either. At this time I am unsure if my unit is closed (based on this email it is) and we will be looking elsewhere for my husband's belongings to be stored.

I might recommend someone but some of your staff was very uncomfortable to work with if i had to do it again I'll look somewhere else i felt like I was over charged, i vacated the premises before the 5th of the month i should got some of my money back

The price was constantly rising. I have a unit at a different brand and it only raised once in two years. My cubesmart raised three times in the span of one.
