I’m very disappointed with CubeSmart’s service. The rent has increased multiple times without proper notice or justification, making it difficult to trust the company. The lack of consistency and communication has been frustrating, and I would not recommend CubeSmart to friends or family.

Leti is a Great Store Manager and should be promoted to a CEO with more pay! In 24 years of renting from Cube Smart and other facilities she is the most professional and knowledgeable at the job she does.
