Matt is great! He is knowledgeable in all to do with storage units. He posses great customer service skills. He takes the time to explain the whole process of renting a unit. I struggled with visualizing what 5×10, 10×10, 10x20. He showed me every size, so I could see with my own eyes, exactly what would work for me. Truely a huge help!

Your rates are too high. The service is good, and the manager is very customer friendly, but your rental rates are too high.
