management was great and absolutely fantastic, pricing just kept going up and up and up and got to be overpriced.

Ease of gaining access to storage unit. Cleanliness of facility.

Dirty and smelly facility, and a dishonest and unprofessional manager that on many occasions complained to me about his managers, and would complain about me to my family members who were dropping off payments for me. There were 4 occasions since summer that payments were dropped off in the overnight box due to my work schedule, only for me to receive notifications several days later that the payments were never received. Why? They were sitting in the box still! As a long-term (now former) customer, I made many complaints about concerns about mice, only to be brushed off and told “there are no mice” each time by Matt. But when I moved out the other day, there were droppings everywhere in my unit on the ground floor, and droppings everywhere along with a dead mouse in my upstairs unit. They advertise that they are climate controlled, but in the summer, the humidity was so bad that there was damage to property to the point that all of my furniture had to be disposed of. When I filled a claim on the insurance that I was forced to carry through them, I was told that climate does not include humidity. Run the other way and find an alternative storage facility if you need one.
