Easy access, climate controlled and safe

This is the second time I have used Cube Smart for storage, and would be glad to return again if needed. The facility is clean, and offers indoor, climate controlled cubicles. The reservation process and close-out process were both easy.

First, the General Manager at my location is excellent: Matt does a great job and always has. He is a real asset to your company.BUT...rate increases on lockers are too frequent, and much too high. The rate increases are exorbitant and are unfortunately making a major contribution to the national inflation rate. I can no longer afford to keep 4 lockers because of the exorbitant rate increases. Sometimes you have more than one rate increase per year, which is not the way it used to be. Cube Smart is "killing its customers" by punishing them with exorbitant rate increases.You should allow customers to lock in annual rates, with written contracts, if they opt to do so. Month to month uncertainty, and rate increases more than once per year, are UNSUSTAINABLE for retirees on fixed incomes.

My third time renting from you people, to rent increases in four months price is ridiculously high. Hated to leave but economics told me what to do. Thank you for a nice place.

Matt went above and beyond and was so easy to work with.

After the initial 3 months the monthly rate was increased dramatically (approximately +$46.44 per month).I can understand some reasonable periodic increases, but that was ridiculous !
