I moved out on Nov.1,2025. My husband and I work in a hospital plus have an event business. My husband has a storage there also. I moved some of my things in his storage. I received a call from the lady in your front office yelling at me because I didn’t call her to tell I moved out. I saw that my card was charged on Nov 2. I requested for my refund she said no. I cleaned the storage out late and left the door open. I don’t appreciate her calling a yelling at me and scolding me because I didn’t call her because the last time I moved out the gentleman that was there told me to clean and leave the door open. I made a mistake if that was the wrong thing to do this time. I’m 62 not a child. You all have a day that I didn’t use of my money. No I won’t be coming back. My husband will be moving his things out. My son and wife has a storage there because of me. If you look at the camera you will see that I was in the office that day talking with her about moving out the storage that day.

Would be 10 if was based on previous experiences with renting with CubeSmart.Just that someone from the storage location office called me to confirm that I had vacated the unit, which I told him that I had the night before. I told him I moved/combined my stuff into a larger unit I had rented and no longer needed the smaller one. Well, he was not happy about that and went off about how I was supposed to come into the office and transfer my contract. He would allow it this time but next time I MUST come into the office next time to transfer units. I told him that was never told to me and I had booked the unit online earlier in the month and just now was able to combine them. He still continued on about it and I told him well I have units at different locations and now only need one at this one. Well he was going to make some notes and would close out my contract but insisted next time to come in to transfer because they get into trouble when someone has a unit rented and rents another instead of transferring.Would be a 1 star if I was judging strictly on my interaction with him.
