I had about 4k worth of bags in this place and becuz of this i paid more to make sure that they are safe i paid more because I would need to make sure that it wouldn't be too hot or too cold because all of the bags would be ruined I had this unit for about six months through the winter they did not plow correctly. I have multiple pictures. They did not shovel correctly. They shoveled about the size of a shovel. Couldn't even get the cart in or out in the winter. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that my $4000 in bags were all ruined. From the storage unit because it was not AC seed in the unit was not working correctly so all the glue on all the bags separated. I went to an emergency and took all my stuff out and put into a different storage and I didn't notice till a couple days later that multiple bags have been ruined and the bags I have were collectibles lounge fly Disney exclusive bags and that is why I rated this at a zero I would not recommend this place to anybody. Let's not to mention that I went there at night time about 9:30 and they locked me inside the gate when I couldn't get out for over two hours My Wife called and they refused to open the gate for me to the point where I had to have somebody drive to me and bring me a phone so I could call them myself not to mention when I moved my stuff out of the unit. I noticed that there was mice so this place is also riddled with mice. It's not taken care of properly by workers. I would never recommend this place to another person.

When we first started, it was a reasonably price storage tool. It shot up to $358 for a 10 / 10 metal storage unit. There's no justification for that.

Everything was great except the mouse poop all over my stuff.

Easy auto pay. Facilities were clean and well lit. Keypad entry made it easy to come and go.

Unit was ready and clean on time, customer service was great

Renting was easy, although we thought a little high price wise.

Clean nice facility. Although did get locked in one time.
