It’s great if you only use it a month or two but a min 10% increase every year ads up. After 11 years I was expected to pay almost 400 for what a new renter would cost 62/129 for the same size unit. Seems like a poor business model.

The only fault is that you keep raising the price of the unit every year. When I rented the unit I was paying $89.00 a month, when l left I was paying $148.00 a month in a two year period.
