It was easy to sign up & get a unit & make payments. Also, it was easy to open the main gate with the phone App. Next, the area was clean & private. In the wintertime, the snow was cleared in a timely fashion. Plus, The door was easy to open & lock. Finally, the management was friendly & i felt safe inside the perimeter.

The price of my storage unit more than doubled since you took over managing the storage facility. There were holes and cracks in the storage wall, and it wasn’t even worth the $300 I was originally paying for it. Rain water also came in and damaged a lot of my stuff.

You are EXTREMELY expensive and THE Main Manager is not understanding at all.I use to like it when Michael owned it, but since Cube Smart took over, I don't.I will NOT refer it to anyone. NO ONE. I will say bad things about Cube Smart. Because your Customer Service is terrible.
