Was very displeased the day of my Rental, Advertised Hours on Saturdays are 8:30am-5:00pm, no one was at the office at 8:30, called the number on the door at 9:00, the person that answered could not get a hold of the manager, and hadn't arrived by 9:20. I had to leave. Came back at 4:25 and again no one at the office, called the number on the door again, the person that answered tried the manager again, no answer. I was on the phone until nearly 5. As I was leaving a very nice young man came and opened the office and helped me, said he came from a different location. If you have Posted Hours, you need to adhere to THEM!!!
