Very clean facility with plenty of storage space. The agents that are in the office are very friendly and helpful. Price is reasonable for the space.Would definitely recommend this storage unit.

Facility is top notch. Manager is incredibly helpful, prepared and knowledgeable.

Because they owe me a refund of $16 and I have emailed, called and talked to them in person and it has been over 2 months and have still not received the $$$ nor have I heard from them. Not only thaty but I paid the extra $16 for insurance for 1 year after being told they didn't accept my homeowner's insurance vs their mandatory insurance. The last month that I rented a new person said that they did accept homeowners insurance so I provided my insurance documents. They would only refund that current month, but did NOT.

Great service, clean facility

Personnel were great. In 3 yrs the rent of my 10 x20 HVAC Unit went from 110.00 per month to 184.00 per month.

Organized check in, unit was clean and access via the elevators was direct. Like the convience of the app as well.
