I have no complaints about the facility, which was clean, but CubeSmart raised the monthly rent fee by a fairly large amount only a couple of months after we started the rental. I have read similar reports from others about CubeSmart.To be fair, though, even after the increase their monthly rental fees were not out of line with other storage facilities. But since we only rented for a few months it’s hard to say if the increases would continue or not.
