The extreme monthly charge for a long term auto payment client. We were penalized for having this storage unit for years even though we were on automatic payments.

Your system works well. It would be nice if I could have uploaded my RV title and insurance instead of going into the office.

Terrible up charge. Why pay more every few months for the same small unit that hasn’t changed since day one. The greed is very high with this company. Within a year I was paying over double what I signed for.Good thing was very clean and climate control was perfect. They need better hours of service but I had no issues with the security of this locationNot worth the price however.

CubeSmart is a good, clean & well maintained facility. Accessibility is good. Pricing is too high & regular significant price increases are just not acceptable.
