Then when you go back a couple days later to show proof of insurance you can’t get a refund because “we already charged you”. Too much extra that you are not told about until you are at the counter.

Clean facility and easy access. Climate controlled storage

The unit we were assigned was full of grease on the cement floor. Obviously a prior renter used it to store a motorcycle or a very small car. Needless to say the entire middle of the unit was not usable as we had items that would go into our home. We are sure there were other rentable units, but we got stuck with it while only being there a very short time.We had considered using this facility and possibly a smaller unitt for our Christmas items, but not with prior renters

Unit and facility always clean. I feel safe when I am on the grounds alone. Access to a mostly clean bathroom. Loved the former manager Rob, new manager says no first before providing a solution.
