Great staff and location. Rental increases made this unit not affordable to keep. It was cheaper to buy a 40 ft conex for equal to 10 months of rent.

Everything worked out perfect! The service was so easy online, the app is easy, the storage unit was clean as it said it would be, and the property is very well maintained.

The protection you offer (a metal roof) is woefully inadequate. It doesn’t protect against rain, dust and only marginally sunlight.Second, when I decided to cancel my space, I called both the local office and only got voice mail with no response. I contacted headquarters twice and got minimal help with no resolution of my problem. In short, your company failed miserably in communicating withme

The front desk person that I dealt with is somewhat rude and definitely uncaring. He does not respond to emails, nor does he return phone calls.

Area was always clean and well maintained.Difficult to get someone on the phone or in the office.
