After being at tenant for years, keep upraising the rent, I had to move to a smaller unit.You raised that by over a hundred and fifty dollarsAnd the kid that runs the unit to restore is such an a******hole super unfriendly. Every time we try to talk to him, he's got an attitude. The bathrooms were always dirty. It's just it changed. You need to get rid of that kid. He's a terrible terrible person. And I don't say that lightly.

Few things you don’t learn until you walk in the door. Have to show proof of homeowners/renters insurance or they charge you X amount per month. Need to have special lock. Regular padlock won’t work so you have to purchase one of there barrel locks.
