Price increased 3-4 times in the 3 years I had the unit. Was a process for me to find out what was needed to do for the move out process

When we first rented the storage area, we felt that it was reasonable. In the last year the rent on the storage area has increased to almost double what we started at. This is too much for the space available. If we weren't moving out of town, I would have move to another facility in the area with lower rent.

Great staff and location. Rental increases made this unit not affordable to keep. It was cheaper to buy a 40 ft conex for equal to 10 months of rent.

Everything worked out perfect! The service was so easy online, the app is easy, the storage unit was clean as it said it would be, and the property is very well maintained.

The protection you offer (a metal roof) is woefully inadequate. It doesn’t protect against rain, dust and only marginally sunlight.Second, when I decided to cancel my space, I called both the local office and only got voice mail with no response.
