The personnel onsite was outstanding. He could explain and follow the corporate rules to ensure that I received a high-quality storage unit with exceptional customer service and no surprises.

First visit garage door opener broke and had to remove all items i placed in unit that i just put in it. Office hours listed till 6p. So i called number on website. An employee came to look at it about 45 minutes later. Asked if i had a screwdriver to open key operaeror. From the looks of has never used a screwdriver in his life. So i knnew this was going to be useless. Said he would put in a workorder and who knows when this will happen as he was no use for any information as well. So I now have a unit that I am unable to use.
