Great location, great staff, easy in/out, affordable

I just think for an outside 10x10 it was way to expensive considering some of the bigger name storages were less for a bigger outside unit.

Very frequent rate increases since you took over. As the new owners, you denied access to the dumpster which was very helpful when I got the unit with the original owners. Also, the elevated access in front of building A is sinking, again. I wonder how long entrance to building A is going to be closed to reinforce the roadway like was done just before you bought the business. It seemed like 2 weeks.

Clean and well maintained. Sense of safety and security with key locks and cameras. Once special offer expired, rate didn't go up astronomically, like I've heard some do.

The office was closed when it should have been open. When the manager was there he was most unfriendly. No smile..how can I help you etc. The rate for the smallest unit become too expensive.

Ease of reservation and application completion via internet.Love mobile app to open and access my unit.Met the manager and she was wonderful in explaining how to use the lock (new to me).

The personnel onsite was outstanding. He could explain and follow the corporate rules to ensure that I received a high-quality storage unit with exceptional customer service and no surprises.

First visit garage door opener broke and had to remove all items i placed in unit that i just put in it. Office hours listed till 6p. So i called number on website. An employee came to look at it about 45 minutes later. Asked if i had a screwdriver to open key operaeror. From the looks of has never used a screwdriver in his life. So i knnew this was going to be useless. Said he would put in a workorder and who knows when this will happen as he was no use for any information as well. So I now have a unit that I am unable to use.
