This was much easier than I expected, and the free cylinder lock was really convenient and not what I expected for a free lock. A surprisingly nice upgrade.

I did not like 4 months after renting a storage from cube smart, a $40 per month increase. I felt because i got the unit on a sale the word "market value" kept getting brought up and felt i was being punished for getting a cheaper rate to get me in. After moving my belongings and filling a 10x25 up, hey lets increase the rent, whats the likely hood he would leave? Why i decided to move to another different facility.

The property was cleaned and well-maintained. I enjoyed the Security, plus the ease of getting in and out. The most impressive thing was your store manager Jennifer. She was easy to deal with and very helpful. My recommendation is based on her customer service to her clients.

Staff was helpful, friendly and professional. Cost was expensive. Paying online was confusing. Storage units, buildings, and grounds were impeccably clean.
