Rent went from $97 to $111 then you tack on insurance I have never had in 5 years I have been there. My total $131. then you charge me a convenience fee for a whopping $134. per month. Moved from 799 to 800 in May 2025.

Very friendly with prompt response with phone calls and no hard press when cancelling our unit rental.

The people on-site and the cost of the unit are great. The transition to CubeSmart ownership was infuriating and the quality of the unit i was in was not great. I had an excessive amount of debris in the unit as well as on my stuff.
