No notice of change from surprise mini storage and I waited two moths to pay my bill with no new signed contracts, extra charges of monthly rent ,and other customers clearing out units. After ten years with that location I was appalled.

I have had this storage unit before it was a CubeSmart. The property has always and upkept with cleanliness. The owners were friendly. The young fellow that I saw on Saturday was just as friendly. CubeSmart customer service via text was super fast and just as friendly and they actually answered me on a Sunday! Super impressed!
