My monthly rent has nearly doubled in five years. There is no excuse for such huge increases. Cubesmart would score better if it capped YOY increases to the rate of inflation.

I was very happy with the facility except for the regular rent increases which seemed a bit excessive.

Because the lady that works in the storage where I'm at I've been there for a couple years and Andrea or Adriana her name anyways she keeps it nice and clean smells good the floors are clean and every time I use the bathroom there it's smells good and it's nice and clean she is a very helpful oh very polite and I read her a 10 because I always see her doing something she's not in the office just sitting down always courtesy and helping people and she is very helpful and helping me and any situation I'm stuck with with my storage and anyways this storage been nice and clean upgraded with more cards and the streets and since I've been there in 2000 I think 21 anyways so this store's been very clean like I said and smells good every time I go into the storage and elevators are nice and clean and smells good I have two storage there and very happy and very grateful for her that she always working and herself I sometimes see her so exhausting I tell her girl you need to take it easy sometimes but yeah she's always doing something I wish somebody will donate a go-kart so she could get around stores to storage because a lot of walking is too much for her or some mechanics will volunteer to fix that go car for her because really she deserve it I'm so happy and grateful nobody has done so much work to upgrade that storage the one on and Greenway what else can I say about this girl working so hard thank you very much yes I would recommend to my family and good job Andrea very good job keep up the good work but sometimes you got to take it easy for yourself your house is more important God bless you..Besides I'm still in that storage I have one in third floor I end up getting another one in the first.floor, thank you very much have a blessed day Gloria Matta.!!

You didn't give me back my money when I asked you to stop auto payments put me in a bind I stopped it in the middle of the month and you still took it out and didn't get my money back bad bad bad

The only issue I had with the facility is that , by the nature of its design, I felt unsafe going by myself. There was rarely anyone around, and with multiple floors and such an enclosed area, I frankly felt unsafe. More than once I decided not to go in because it felt so creepy.
