I gave this rate cause the prices go higher to often.

You didn't give me back my money when I asked you to stop auto payments put me in a bind I stopped it in the middle of the month and you still took it out and didn't get my money back bad bad bad

The only issue I had with the facility is that , by the nature of its design, I felt unsafe going by myself. There was rarely anyone around, and with multiple floors and such an enclosed area, I frankly felt unsafe. More than once I decided not to go in because it felt so creepy.

Got a place somewhere else closer to my house and asked for a refund cause I asked to stop payments and charged me again and now they don't answer the phone
